Origins

Growth & Evolution
As project demands expanded, Opus grew its capabilities to support more complex work. Self-perform trades were brought in-house to strengthen coordination and execution. Project delivery extended across hospitality, healthcare, municipal, commercial, residential, and real estate development.
Today, Opus supports projects ranging from targeted renovations to large, multi-phase developments. Growth has remained deliberate, guided by how projects are structured and how work is led in the field.
