Project Overview: Opus Corp renovated a existing 2,200 square foot dentist office to a new office building for the future home of Waite Engineering & Design Offices. Additional build-out included rental spaces for future tenant spaces. The renovation included extensive ADA modifications including the installation of a new elevator lift in the new addition.
