Project Overview: Providing emergency response service, Opus Corp renovated the Idletyme Brewing Kitchen after it was flooded by pipes that froze and burst in the apartments located above the restaurant. Additional upgrades were also performed including improving the thermal envelope of the building and improving energy efficiencies related to the lighting and plumbing.
