PROJECT OVERVIEW

Opus supported the conversion of a long-vacant, early 1900s granite-cutting shed and former foundry in Waterbury, VT into modern office space. The work required raising the structure above the floodplain and stabilizing the original timber frame, allowing the building's historic character to remain intact while meeting current building requirements.

scope & Highlights
