Rovers North needed additional space for automobile parts storage, so Opus designed and built a 5,000-square-foot warehouse specifically around that need in Westford, VT. The floor slab was engineered to carry heavy shelving loads, and wood-framed walls were designed with large openings to bring in natural light. The roof uses girder trusses spaced at 8 feet on center, creating an open interior while supporting a storage mezzanine above.
