Severance Park is a proposed mixed-use development on a 63-acre site in Colchester, combining senior housing, multi-family and workforce housing, townhomes, and neighborhood commercial space around a 14-acre central park. Opus is supporting the project through site development services, working through feasibility, phasing, and the sequencing required to bring a project of this scale from concept toward construction.
